How Do Chicagoans Eat Giardiniera? | WBEZ Chicago

Giardiniera is da bomb!  I've lived here in Chicago my entire life, and I love this on deep dish pizza with pineapple.  Also on Italian beef.  Also in mac and cheese, or mixed with sauceless penne, just to name a few ways I personally eat it.  Sometimes I eat it straight from the jar!  Yeah, I'm weird, but it's a good kind of weird...I promise... ;-)
