Concord Farms Recalls Enoki Mushrooms Due to Possible Health Risk | FDA: CONCORD FARMS of Vernon, CA is recalling enoki mushrooms grown in Korea, because it has the potential to be contaminated with listeria monocytogenes, a bacterium which can cause life-threatening illness.
