Xavier Pelkey, of Waterville, Maine, arrested with homemade explosives plotted mass murder at synagogues, mosques in Chicago: FBI - ABC7 Chicago: Xavier Pelkey, 18, of Waterville, Maine, plotted to travel to Chicago and commit mass murder at synagogues and mosques, the FBI said.
