Park Police officers who killed Bijan Ghaisar were told before pursuit he wasn’t suspect in fender bender, recording shows - The Washington Post: The recording was part of a court filing by Virginia prosecutors, who argue not only that the officers committed a crime when they killed him, but also that they never should have aggressively pursued him after he fled the fender bender.
